Mom's Wellness Group
Apple Natural Health Clinics’ Dr. Carrie Brazzale, DC has a passion to inspire Manitowoc County moms toward wellness. In an effort to help moms (and their families), attain wellness, she launched Manitowoc County’s Moms Wellness Group. The group promises to be a positive resource for moms focused on natural family living and wellness.
Dr. Brazzale hosts monthly Moms Wellness Group meetings at Apple Clinics’ downtown Manitowoc campus. The goal is to educate moms– highlighting the truth, while offering both sides of a wellness argument for consideration. As a chiropractor, she hopes the group will offer support to moms striving for wellness through natural living, organic whole foods, and holistic health.
Whether you are a little bit natural, a “granola queen,” or just looking, the Moms Wellness Group can inspire you toward health and wellness. The Group dives into parents’ daily questions and decision making processes.
Dr. Brazzale provides information, articles and discussions to help parents make the best decisions they can. Parenting is a process… And, through the Moms Wellness Group, Dr. Brazzale hopes to encourage moms to keep on keeping on in their mommy-hood efforts!
