Your First Visit to Our Manitowoc Practice
Your first visit is an exciting one! Plan to be with us for about 30 minutes. To help us determine your health level we ask that you complete a brief health questionnaire.
Also, did you know that chiropractic is very often covered by most health insurance carriers! We will complete a very detailed check of your health insurance (up to 2 carriers) and share this information with you the following visit!
Following the health questionnaire, you have the opportunity for a one-on-one health discovery consultation with the doctor. Here you will both dig deeper into your health concerns and goals and you will receive an expert opinion about your case.
If it is necessary, during this first visit, additional studies may be completed, such as x-rays of your spine or extremities, spinal surface EMG, and digital foot scans. All of these scans are completely painless! Completely. Average cost for these studies is $100, but we will tell you in advance that day if you may incur any expense.
